It appears you do not have a splash page setup correctly.

Here are the instructions to do so:

• Log in to Your Red Rocket Account
• Browse to Content -> Open Manager
• Create a New Page
  • Click New Page on the left-hand pane
  • Click Photo Album under "Content Buckets"
  • Class Name: SplashPage
  • Click Save
• Setting Up the Page
  • The Graphic becomes the image at the top of the page
  • The Titles and Descriptions are all Optional
  • Each "Photo" becomes a splash page item.
  • If you have (1) item on the splash page, the Photo Graphic width should be 800 pixels
  • If you have (2) items on the splash page, the Photo Graphic width should be 395 pixels
  • If you have (3) items on the splash page, the Photo Graphic width should be 260 pixels
• Adding Footer/Copyright information
  • Browse to Command Central -> Site & SEO Setup
  • Footer Text: Anything you add here will show up on the bottom of the page
