Welcome to the Blog Hi, I'm Josh.  This blog is a collection of my most current photography work.  I am foremost a wedding photographer, it is my passion. You will, however, find lots of other types of photography here too, including personal work, portraits, musicians,  and a bit of maternity.  I hope you like what you see, and feel free to leave a comment.

Mia & Don 10/16/2009

Mia is a fellow RI wedding photographer.  It's always fun to shoot for other photographers, and always a bit nerve wracking.  The wedding and reception both took place at Easton's Beach Rotunda in Newport, RI on a crisp (read: really cold) fall day, in one of the ceremony pictures, you can see Don trying to warm Mia up with his hand on her shoulder.

Brian & Erin: Spartanburg, South Carolina

Erin is a close childhood friend of Amanda's, which made this wedding very special to us.  They came up for our wedding in September, and so we were extra excited to travel to be with them on their day too.   

The wedding took place in Brian's parents' beautiful backyard right on the lake.  It was a pretty hectic travel day for Amanda and me as I was shooting Andrea and Dan's wedding (see above post) until around midnight the night before, and had to be up for four to catch our flight to South Carolina.  

I love when people involve their dogs in their weddings.  Not only did Harley not disappoint, but I think he was dressed better than me.

Andrea & Dan's Wedding

I was pretty sure after I shot Andrea & Dan's engagement session that their wedding would be great.  I was right.  These two are so in love with each other that it makes my job easy.  Their ceremony was at St. Claire's Church in Misquamicut, RI.  Their reception was held at Stonington Meadows.

Rosa & Chris' Engagement Session

Last week, I met up with Rosa & Chris to shoot their engagment session at a couple different locations around Westerly.  We started off at Wilcox Park, and eventually made our way down to Napatree Point where the afternoon light was so perfect.  I was like a kid in a candy store.

Jen & Paul 10/2/09

Jen and Paul were married last weekend at St Mary's Church in Narragansett, RI.  After that, we headed up to the beautiful Glen Manor House in Porstmouth, RI.  The band was called Wayz and Means, and really kept everyone rocking all night.  Thanks to Jen and Paul, and enjoy your time in Maui.
