Welcome to the Blog Hi, I'm Josh.  This blog is a collection of my most current photography work.  I am foremost a wedding photographer, it is my passion. You will, however, find lots of other types of photography here too, including personal work, portraits, musicians,  and a bit of maternity.  I hope you like what you see, and feel free to leave a comment.

Thanks for stopping by, and be sure to check out my website too.

Last month, I was invited to do some food photography for the fantastic Westerly restaurant, The Upriver Cafe.   Chef Terrance Maul put together some amazing looking (and tasting) food,  the light was beautiful, as was the restaurant.  All these things made for a good shoot.  Amanda came with, and acted as our resident hand model for this shoot too.  A big thanks to Dan, Terrance, and Todd for everything.

I'm a new uncle....sort of.  Amanda's brother Dan and his wife Carron had a beautiful baby girl named Emma in February.  We got to hang out with her recently at Amanda's parents' house, and I brought my camera.  She's pretty awesome.

And I was fortunate enough to be their photographer.  The wedding was at the beautiful Renaissance Hotel in Providence.  Since their ceremony took place after sundown, and they decided to see each other before the wedding, we had plenty of time to explore this really cool hotel, and take some cool photos.  These are only a few of my favorites.

Thanks to Stephanie & Aaron for having me, it was truly a pleasure to work with you.  Also, a big thanks to Tina Lambert who was our coordinator at the Renaissance.

Last Tuesday, I was fortunate enough to be invited to the State House to document the granting of the 1000th wish in Rhode Island  by the RI chapter of the Make a Wish Foundation.

This wish was granted to Hope, a remarkable little girl from Riverside, RI who has been diagnosed with melanoma. Hope's wish was to go to Disney World with her family, and Donald Duck was there to see her off.

Also, the dome of the State House was lit up blue in honor of the 1000th wish granted by the RI chapter of the foundation

Thanks to Heather, and Alex, and the Make a Wish Foundation for having me be a part of this Event.

Hey all, Amanda and I made our own "Save the Date" cards last night, coming soon to a mailbox near you (probably right in front of your house).  Anyway, here they are.
